Position: Peripatetic Home Manager
Location: Surrey, Kent, and London
Salary: Up to �67,000 per annum plus car allowance
Are you an accomplished and dynamic leader with a passion for excellence in care? I am seeking a Peripatetic Home Manager to join a prestigious, luxury care organisation, renowned for their commitment to providing exceptional care across five homes located in Surrey, Kent, and London.
Role Overview:
As a Peripatetic Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our care homes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will be responsible for managing and supporting our home managers, implementing best practices, and driving improvements where necessary. Your role will involve regular travel between the homes, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the residents receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on management and leadership across our five homes, ensuring each home adheres to our luxury care standards.
Support and mentor home managers to enhance performance and drive improvements.
Lead initiatives to turn around underperforming homes and elevate them to meet organisational standards.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and staff engagement.
Ideal Candidate:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management and a Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification are essential.
Experience: Previous experience as a peripatetic manager or a proven track record in turning around care homes is highly desirable.
Skills: Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to high-quality care.
