Peripatetic Regional Support Manager

Initial minimum 12 month FTC could lead to permanent role

Location flexible - North - Newcastle, Leeds, Liverpool, Sheffield, Birmingham

Initial 12 month FTC - Salary 48k (Note this role DOES NOT require you to be registered with CQC)
This is a newly created role as part of an exciting organisation-wide program of service development.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, flexible individual to provide regional peripatetic management support to a well-established and respected charity.  They provide high quality care and support to people with learning disabilities and autism living in their own homes and also in specialist supported accommodation through the North of England.
You will be experienced in turnaround, change management, troubleshooting, supporting service managers, pre and post CQC preparation, quality and compliance, contract management and delivery, local authority relationships, leading, developing and supporting teams.
What is crucial is that you will share the organisation’s ethos in terms of having a passion for providing truly person-centred care of the highest quality, by putting your clients at the heart of what you do. You’ll be passionate about ensuring standards are the very best they can be, and instilling the same values in those around you.
The positions you may have had could include, Registered Manager, Regional Support Manager, Area Manager, Quality and Compliance Manager.
You will have strong experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and autism, with sound knowledge of CQC and what is required to deliver the highest standards of care and support for the individuals you support.
You will be flexible, adaptable, approachable with excellent communication skills and a level headed and sensitive attitude whilst supporting new managers with new systems, processes policies and procedures.
You will be working with a knowledgeable and hands-on regional director who will provide you with all the resources and support that you need in order to achieve what is required.
