An exciting opportunity for LAC / Permanence Social workers in the Merseyside area has arisen. Liverpool City Council is seeking experienced Social Worker to join their Permanence Team for a competitive hourly rate of �42.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and support families in achieving permanent, safe homes for children.
* Conduct thorough assessments and create individualised plans.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure child well-being.
* Provide emotional support and guidance to families.
Qualifications:
* 2 years post qualifying experience
* SWE registration
