What We're Looking For:

Experience in Recruitment - Proven experience as a 360 Permanent recruiter
Excellent Communication Skills - You'll need to be comfortable liaising with both clients and candidates at all levels.

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture
• Grown and build client portfolio through business development and networking
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for permanent roles
• Negotiate offers and close deals, ensuring both clients and candidates are satisfied
• Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, becoming their trusted advisor
