Personal advisor

Surecall Recruitment are seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Advisor to join our team in Shropshire area.

Key Benefits we offer are:

• 37 hours/week
• Competitive salary of £17.00/hour

The successful candidate will work with young people leaving care and support them with their health, accommodation, employment or training, finances, benefits, relationships and identity. There is a statutory responsibility to remain in regular contact with care leavers and to update their plans every 6 months wherever they live in the UK.

We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of the needs of young people with care experience, and additional skills such as knowledge of benefits, housing, supporting asylum seekers, and education.

Previous experience in a similar position is required.
