Location: Banstead, SM7

Salary: £30k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant / Branch Administrator that is looking to join a friendly professional firm of Surveyors  based in the Banstead area.

The successful candidate will have current experience as a personal assistant / administration within residential property sector. You will be working for a company who pride themselves on the personal service they deliver their directors and clients.

The ideal candidate will be currently doing a similar role and have extensive experience as a PA / Branch administrator.

Skills: The skills required for this Personal Assistant / Branch Administrator (Estate Agent) role will include:


  • Previous experience as a PA
  • Quickbooks experience
  • Previous experience in Residential Estate Agency administration
  • Highly organised and possess high levels of administration ability
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
  • Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
