My client is seeking a proactive and experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to join their Corporate Support Team for a 3-month period. In this vital role, you will support the Director of Operations, providing efficient administrative and operational assistance to ensure the smooth running of services. You will also play a key role in supporting the Executive Assistant with Board-level committees, partnership meetings, and other executive functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Operations, who has the largest remit within the organisation.
Assist the Executive Assistant (EA) with Board-level committees and partnership meetings.
Provide occasional support to the Chief Executive (CEx), Board, and wider executive team during busy periods or annual leave cover.
Diary and Meeting Management:
Manage and coordinate diaries for the Director of Operations, ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments and meetings.
Assist with preparation for meetings, including creating agendas and briefing materials.
Attend meetings as required and provide professional and accurate minute-taking.
Panel Coordination Oversight:
Line-manage the Panel Coordinator responsible for all social work operational meetings chaired by the Director of Operations.
Ensure smooth delivery of panel coordination services, including covering annual leave periods if required.
Communication and Call Management:
Work as part of a team rota to handle external calls to the company, ensuring professional and efficient responses.
Serve as a first point of contact for enquiries, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Administrative Support:
Support the implementation of good practice across the Corporate Support Team.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by senior leadership.Profile

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a corporate environment.
Strong diary management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
Excellent minute-taking abilities, with attention to detail and professionalism.
Experience managing or supervising staff, with a focus on delivering operational excellence.
Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
