Key Responsibilities:
As a Medical Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's healthcare services.

Your duties will include:

• Ensure the delivery of top-notch customer service and provide executive-level support to the Medical Director.
• Serve as the primary contact for all communications.
• Coordinate intricate diary schedules for both clinical and personal commitments, including international travel.
• Schedule and manage appointments for the Medical Director's patients, including those overseas.
• Take minutes for scheduled and impromptu meetings as needed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of the Medical Director, ensuring the effective management of confidential and critical business information.
• Utilise IT systems efficiently to maintain a patient database, schedule appointments, and regularly review patient data.
