This exciting company are in a period of growth and looking for the perfect PA to join their team and take them to the next level. As part of a small team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of this business.We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support a key director. Known for his approachable and relaxed demeanour, the Director needs a proactive, organised individual to help bring his ideas to life. The role involves managing his diary, travel arrangements, and inbox, along with general studio and admin support.Key Responsibilities:Diary Management: Organise and manage the director’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.Travel Coordination: Arrange complex travel itineraries, including hotels, visas, and ground transportation. Maintain a database of preferred locations and services.Inbox Management: Monitor the director’s emails, prioritise and respond as necessary, and keep him informed of important matters.Team Liaison: Work closely with the wider team and other directors, facilitating communication and support as needed.Studio Management: Ensure the studio runs smoothly, handling general administrative tasks and providing support to the team.Personal Assistance: Occasionally assist with basic personal tasks.Website Coordination: Liaise with the web team for occasional support.Ideal CandidateExperience: Proven experience in PA duties such as diary management, travel coordination, and meeting management.Personality: Confident, proactive, and able to manage-up. Must have a good sense of humor and be able to engage with a relaxed, down-to-earth team.Team Player: Willing to get involved and help out in a start-up, muck-in and very hands-on environment and culture.Passion: An interest in fitness or fashion is beneficial as the company is deeply invested in the fitness industry.Adaptability: Comfortable with a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes chaotic environment where flexibility and self-motivation are key.This is a unique brand, with a "work hard, play hard" culture with no strict hierarchy.
