A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a PA to join a prestigious global architectural /design practice.

The successful PA will enjoy building working relationships across the studio and other departments, working with Partners and project teams and providing high level assistance wherever the business dictates. As a flexible PA ‘cover’ within the Administration team, an adaptable and resourceful approach is required.
This is a busy and demanding office based role, ideal for an individual with a broad skill set, looking to work in a creative setting.
Duties will include:
Diary management – organising meetings, setting up video conferences and arranging catering when required
Arranging travel, hotel bookings and organising visa applications
Processing team expenses
Document management and producing weekly reports
Undertaking research
Assisting with ad hoc projects
Administrative tasks Experience/Skills:
At least 2-3 years’ previous experience of working in a PA/Team Assistant role
Flexibility and willingness to help out – your responsibilities will vary according to the needs of the business and the colleagues you are covering
An ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills
Intermediate/Advanced level IT skills
We are ideally looking for an experienced PA / Team Assistant who is available at short notice for interview and to start.
This role will pay £33,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) plus excellent benefits
