As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting executives with various administrative tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient operations. Your day-to-day tasks will involve coordinating meetings, handling communications, and organizing travel plans. Your goal will be to provide seamless support to executives, enabling them to focus on strategic activities.Your Role:Manage and oversee executive schedules, ensuring optimal time management.Monitor and respond to emails and other communications promptly.Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.Continuously assess and improve administrative processes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in administrative support or personal assistance.Proficiency in using scheduling and communication tools.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and remotely.Strong problem-solving abilities.What You Can Expect In Your First Year:1 Month:Complete your new hire onboarding.Gain a comprehensive understanding of all technology and tools used at Prospectiv.3 Months:Start managing your assigned executives’ schedules end-to-end.Collaborate with other team members to share insights and knowledge.Proactively communicate ideas and, if relevant, work with your team lead or manager to plan and execute initiatives to improve administrative efficiency.6 Months:Take on more responsibilities in leading initiatives and improving processes within your team.Continue to refine your skills in administrative support and strategic communication.We like to move fast; our hiring process end-to-end typically takes an average of 2-3 weeks.
