A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a creative company based in Manchester.This hands-on role is suitable for someone who is able to hit the ground running from day one, is hard working and is used to working in a fast-paced environment. This is an ‘all round’ PA role, which will cross over between business and personal.Whilst you will have the support of the other PA's across the group, you will need to be comfortable working as an individual, in a stand alone role, building relationships across a number of other teams and acting as an extension of the CEO.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging all correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including incoming/outgoing mail and email, meeting requests and phone callsCoordinating an extremely complex diary with Directors and ManagementCollating and compiling weekly reports, documents and financial statsAttending meetings and taking actions when requiredBooking of UK and overseas travel – Flights, trains, cars, visa, accommodation requirementsWorking closely alongside the Directors and other PA’sMeeting and greeting visitors/employees at all levels of seniorityProcessing monthly expenses and invoices on timeFull inbox managementDrafting company communicationsPrimary liaison and first point of contact for the officeTaking minutes in meetings and feeding back to relevant peopleProcessing business expenses and invoices (Also some personal expenses and invoices)Preparation of various documents including presentations and meeting agendasResearching news, articles, reports and company informationLiaising with third party service providersAd Hoc ProjectsProviding personal support to the CEO and his familyManaging the CEO’s home - including contractors, suppliers, processing payments/invoices, general ‘go to’ personManaging house staff - a number of staff members, managing requests, holidays and leave, payroll, contracts and recruitmentGift buying and personal shoppingTrip/holiday planning – UK and abroad for CEO with friends and familyWeekend arrangements – Activities, restaurants etcPersonal appointment bookingAvailable out of hours on an ad hoc basisSkills and experienceAt least 2 years Personal Assistant experience in a business/private capacity, ideally at CEO levelPro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise to achieve successful outcomesFlexible with working hoursHighest level of confidentiality and discretion at all timesBe able to drive with a clean driving licence and have access to a carBenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceDiscretionary Bonus SchemeRegular social eventsThis is a brilliant role to work for a highly successful individual.
