To organise and arrange travel and accommodation (both domestic and international) including provision of itineraries and administration of expenses thereafter. You will screen calls and sift emails from internal and external contacts to allocate actions as appropriate.Collaborate with the leadership team to support the smooth running of reporting and management information packs required.To provide support on projects, including management of deadlines, gathering of information and ensuring deliverables are met by the team. To co-ordinate and produce quality information within the required timescales, including presentations, documents packs and spreadsheets. To administer conferences and meetings, ensuring attendance and that the agendas are met. To undertake general administration tasks including correspondence, enquiries, phone calls and follow-up.Take minutes at leadership meetings as and when required.Providing support on systems and processes as needed.Supporting the planning of inductions for new senior hires, including arranging induction programmes.Building relationships and working efficiently with the exec committee PA network to ensure seamless coordination of meetings, events and actions.What we're looking for;Previous PA experience supporting c-suite level/senior leadership.Experience of reporting and data management.Ability to navigate complex situations with diplomacyAbility to produce quality presentations and briefing packs.Exceptional attention to details and planning skills, with proven ability to multitask.Good level of literacy, IT and numerical skills.Excellent organisation skills and good capacity to keep track of all actions.Ability to work under pressure and coordinate projects.Ability to build relationships with people at all levels.If you don't meet all of our outlined requirements we’d still love for you to apply.
