Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Kings Hill

Remuneration: �16 - �25 per hour, depending on experience

Contract Details: Temporary with the potential for permanent employment

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the schedule for two Directors, including arranging appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Handle incoming emails, prioritise correspondence, and respond on behalf of the Directors.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as coordinating interviews and managing employee records.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and type up meeting notes.
  • Help plan and coordinate events, including booking venues and managing invitations.
  • Oversee office facilities to ensure a clean and organised work environment.
  • Handle various administrative tasks to support office operations.

Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced organisation, is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide support to two Directors. This is a temporary role with the potential for permanent employment, offering an hourly rate of �16 - �25.

As a Personal Assistant, your main responsibilities will include efficiently managing the Directors' schedules, handling their inboxes, and providing HR support. You will also be involved in meeting coordination, event planning, and office management.

To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Personal Assistant or supporting senior management. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential, along with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and previous HR support and event coordination experience would be advantageous. Knowledge of facilities management practises would also be a plus.
