Personal Assistant to Regional Director

Salary: �31,200.00

Working Hours: 37.5 Hours per week, Mon to Fri 09:00 - 17:00, 30 minute lunch

Located: Chesterfield

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to become a personal assistant to the regional director at our fantastic site?

We are looking for an experienced personal assistant with motortrade experience and knowledge of a dealership processes. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

On a daily basis this will involve:

• Extensive diary management; arranging meetings, booking meeting room and organising catering
• Organising travel arrangements and settling expenses.
• Collating information and preparing agendas for meetings; circulating agendas and background documentation prior and minute taking and follow up of action points taken.
• In the absence of the Regional Director, act as the first point of contact to sort, field and action all incoming correspondence where appropriate.
• Preparation of reports, emails, letters and other documents using MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Manage the Centralised Switchboard Team based at the Chesterfield site
• Responsible for conducting Health and Safety checks at the Chesterfield branch and coordinating Health and Safety activities across the Region.
• Support facilities management and schedule the work of the maintenance team.
