What You'll Do:
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of daily activities. You'll be the go-to person for a variety of tasks, including:
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Invoicing
  • Preparing reports and presentations
  • Handling correspondence, both written and verbal
  • Assisting with event planning and logistics
  • Maintaining filing systems and office organisation
  • Conducting research and compiling information
  • Personal duties - insurance, deliveries
  • Supporting 2 Directors

To thrive in this role, you should have:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
