As a Personal Assistant your responsibilities will include:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support.
- Manage diaries, schedules, and appointments effectively.
- Prepare necessary documents and reports.
- Coordinate meetings and take accurate minutes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication.
- Arrange travel and accommodation when necessary.
- Maintain an organised filing system.
- Ensure the smooth running of the office at all times.
Profile
A successful 'Personal Assistant' should have:
- A strong background in secretarial and business support roles.
- Adept in using MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
