Job Type: Full-time (Office-based)

Hours: Monday to Sunday, 9am to 8pm (worked on a flexible rota basis)

The Role:

As a Personal Car Buyer, you will be the trusted guide for customers throughout their car buying journey. Your goal is to provide exceptional support, from sourcing the perfect car to negotiating the best deal, while ensuring a smooth transaction between the customer and dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact pre-approved customers through the system within required timeframes.


• Build rapport with customers and dealerships to ensure positive outcomes.


• Understand customer needs and preferences to find the perfect car match.


• Negotiate deals with dealerships to secure the best price.


• Ensure seamless coordination between customers and dealerships for quick, hassle-free transactions.


• Collaborate with Personal Assistants to provide full handovers and facilitate excellent onward customer care.

Must-Haves:

• Excellent organisation skills


• Knowledge of the car buying industry 


• Passion for delivering great customer experiences


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal


• Ability to take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines


• Experience in working towards and exceeding targets


• A positive attitude, with passion and motivation for both the business and your own success
