Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and progress a caseload of personal injury cases, providing professional legal advice to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure clients' expectations are managed effectively while meeting deadlines and targets.
• Prioritise a varied caseload and work independently to achieve targets.

About You:

• Previous experience in managing a caseload of personal injury cases.
• Driven and target-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional client care.
• Confident in working to set targets and managing client expectations.
• Strong telephone manner and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to provide a high level of client care.
• Efficient and effective, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
