We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Solicitor or Fee Earner to join our client’s team. You'll be responsible for managing a caseload of EL/PL/RTA and Personal Injury claimant work using Proclaim case management software.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation in litigation, negotiations, and mediations for personal injury claims
\n
• Draft and review legal documents, including court pleadings and proceedings.
\n
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation.
\n
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and case progress.
\n
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with professionalism and integrity.
\n
• Stay informed on legal developments and changes in legislation.
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Qualified Solicitor or Fee Earner with relevant experience.
\n
• Proven ability in negotiation, dispute resolution, and case management.
\n
• Experience within a personal injury capacity
\n
• Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
\n
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
\n
