Personal Injury Solicitor We are looking to hire a Personal Injury Solicitor to join our rapidly growing law firm in West London on a full time basis. The role The position requires a strong background in personal injury litigation along with experience utilising MOJ portals. You will handle a varied caseload of EL, PL, and some RTA cases, focusing primarily on Fast Track work while also supporting partners on Multi Track matters. Main duties include: Managing all aspects of personal injury litigation from inception to conclusion; Conducting client interviews and collating pertinent case details; Drafting and preparing legal documentation such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests; Organising and maintaining case files and documents; Performing legal research and analysis on pertinent laws and regulations; Assisting in trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit organisation; Scheduling appointments, depositions, and court appearances; Supporting the principal solicitor and office manager. What are we looking for? Candidates will need experience in claimant personal injury and must have at least 2 years PQE. Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in using a case management system to effectively prioritise and manage a high caseload. We are looking for candidates that: Have excellent client care and communication skills (both oral and written); Apply critical thinking and analysis to solve problems by using multiple sources of information to make reasoned decisions supported by relevant evidence; Negotiate solutions to clients' issues by identifying all parties interests, objectives and limits and presenting options for compromise persuasively; Plan, manage, and progress legal cases proactively, taking into account how to maximise case sand achieve the best outcome for the clients and firm; Establish and maintain effective and professional relations with colleagues, clients and third parties and responding effectively to their particular needs, objectives, priorities and constraints; Have experience in pre-litigated and litigated personal injury matters (covering RTA, EL, PL & serious injuries); Have relevant legal expertise in personal injury.
