Role Overview

We’re looking for a Pest Control Technician to support our client’s site in Birmingham

You will be conducting inspections for insects and vermin and advising on and implementing effective treatment plans to remedy infestations.

The Role

  • Carry out preventative pest control visits to a wide spectrum of commercial clients
  • Responding to reactive callouts to customers’ premises
  • Completion of service reports for each visit
  • Managing and planning your own diary so that visits are completed within agreed time scales - meeting service level agreements
  • The role includes a fully expensed company vehicle, PPE, equipment, company uniform & mobile phone. We also offer commissions on sales generated from leads. A variety of other benefits such as retail discounts and discounts on legal support available to all suppliers

About You:

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • You will be an excellent communicator, skilled at working autonomously
  • Experience in a wide range of premises would be beneficial
  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills
  • A high degree of flexibility in working hours and types of jobs undertaken
  • Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rota and to work overtime when and where required
  • Have excellent attention to detail and is technically competent
  • Flexibility to meet the needs of the business is essential

You must hold BPCA accreditation to a minimum of level 2 and have a full UK driving license.
