Pharmacy Quality and Safety Production Manager
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours/Shifts: 37.5 hours p/w, Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:00, overtime required to support service demand/staff shortages.
Salary: Up to £65,000 (limited flexibility) p/a
Location: London
Are you an ambitious Quality, Safety and Production Pharmacist ready to take new heights? Here's an exciting opportunity with a prestigious employer at a leading West London Hospital!
In this role, you will report to the director of Pharmacy while providing safe, effective and high-quality pharmaceutical care. You will assist in optimisation of medication safety and patient outcomes, establish continuous workforce training and development, provision of innovative, technologically driven 24/7 medicines management services.
Duties of the role include -

  • Lead and be responsible for production services
  • Work alongside the Lead Quality Assurance Technician to be responsible for the development and monitoring of quality assurance
  • Collaborate effectively with the rest of the pharmacy team


Skills Required -

  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Master's degree in clinical pharmacy
  • Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy
  • Deep level knowledge and training in quality assurance and medicines safety
  • Ability to make strong decisions
  • Hospital Pharmacy experience
