Our client, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Pharmacy Team Leader to join their team in Tamworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and develop a team of administration and care coordinators, ensuring the delivery of an efficient, patient-focused service while fostering an environment of professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop the performance and progression of the administration and care coordination team.
Provide effective leadership to ensure the accurate and continually improving delivery of homecare medication to patients.
Drive efficiencies within pharmacy coordination activities.
Monitor and manage the team's contributions to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure.
Build strong working relationships with senior managers, other departments, and external contacts.
Make decisive and informed decisions to benefit the team and overall service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven leadership experience in a similar role and industry.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
