ROLE : Photocopier Field Service Engineer
LOCATION: West Midlands (CV / B / WR / GL)
PACKAGE: Up to £35,000 + car and fuel card, laptop, phone, 23 days holiday plus BH , pension etc
ROLE
Concept are seeking a trained, skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join a busy team within print. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site support and maintenance for customers' equipment.
DUTIES

- Installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with equipment
- Performing routine maintenance and inspections
- Responding to service calls in a timely manner
- Providing technical support to customers
- Documenting service activities and completing service reports

Skills
- Working knowledge of MFDs / Photocopiers
- Strong computer networking knowledge
- Proficiency in Photocopier repair and maintenance
- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and fix mechanical issues
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools for equipment repair
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues effectively
