An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Physiotherapist Specialist to join the Planned Care MSK team at Worthing and Southlands Hospitals. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will deliver specialist physiotherapy services to patients within the MSK pathway. The role will involve working across both sites and offers excellent opportunities for professional development in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  Provide specialist physiotherapy assessment and treatment for MSK conditions

  
  


• 
  

  Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to manage and treat patients effectively

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver a high standard of care to patients across Worthing and Southlands Hospitals

  
  


• 
  

  Develop, implement, and evaluate physiotherapy treatment plans

  
  


• 
  

  Supervise and mentor junior staff and support their professional development

  
  


• 
  

  Contribute to the ongoing development of MSK services

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure that all clinical records and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner

  
  

Candidate Requirements:

• 
  

  Current HCPC registration

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in MSK physiotherapy

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work across multiple sites

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  Commitment to continuous professional development

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in a Band 5 or Band 6 Physiotherapist role
