At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Picker Packers to work with an important company in the Altrincham WA15 0AF area. THG is a leading global e-commerce technology group and brand owner, providing end-to-end e-commerce solutions for local and global brands.

Shift Patterns:

• Day Shift 07:00 - 19:00 (pay rate for the last hour of your shift is £13.11).
• Night Shift - 19:00 - 07:00 (pay rate for the last hour of your shift is £11.54).
• Rota: 4 days one week, 3 days the following week, including 1 weekend day.
• Shifts:

Option 1: Sunday to Tuesday and Sunday to Wednesday the following week.

Option 2: Wednesday to Saturday and Thursday to Saturday the following week.

Pay Rates

• We're excited to announce that we're offering an attendance bonus up to £250!

• Day Shift - 11.54p/h, with weekend pay rate of £12.78p/h. Night shift - £13.11 p/h.

• 60 minutes paid breaks - you will get paid for the full 12h at work.

• Overtime: 1.5 x basic pay rate after 48 hours worked in one week.

As a Picker Packer you will need to have:

• Interest to learn new skills and processes as full training will be provided.
• Communication and numeracy skills - good level of English is required.
• Good attention to details.
• Excellent Timekeeping and high performance.
• This is a full-time role; you must have full-time Right to Work permitted.

Role of a Picker Packer:

• Picking and packing a variate range of products.
• Work will be assigned on different departments in the warehouse.
• Label, wrap and move pallets withing the warehouse.
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
