Planner / Co-ordinator

We're Hiring! Planner/Co-ordinator 

Are you an experienced planner/ co-ordiantor within transport and logistics? Our client, a reputable logistics company based in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a dedicated professional to join their team!

This person must be energetic, happy to work in fast paced environment and bring a passion into the office. 

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 4 PM
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily transport schedules
• Liaise with drivers, customers, and suppliers
• Track shipments and update systems
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Handle customer inquiries
• Keep WMS up to date
• Deal with invoicing and queries with clients 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fleet & logistics 
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
