FULLY ONSITE MONDAY-FRIDAY

£26,000 per Annum

The Purpose of this role is to book fire door and fire stopping jobs liaising with the tenants or housing managers on passive fire contracts
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities of the Fire Planner/install coordinator:
\n
\n- Develop and update project schedules for Fire stopping jobs and passive fire contracts
\n- Sending updated access details to operatives on the field
\n- Coordinate with teams and clients to ensure efficient resource use.
\n- Monitor progress and report on timelines, delays, and issues.
\n- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
\n
\n
Requirements of the Fire Planner:
\n
\n- 1+ year of experience in a planning role (Fire experience preferred).
\n- Strong organizational and communication skills.
\n- Proficiency in planning software and Microsoft Office.
\n- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
\n- Knowledge of CRMS
\n- Inbound and outbound call handling
\n
