Planner

ReCon Advisory Partners are currently recruiting for a Planner with experience within the construction sector to join a dynamic business based in West Yorkshire. The company are a contractor who operate but not limited to, the healthcare and education sector working on projects across the nation worth millions of pounds. They are recruiting a Planner who has previous experience of working on a variety of these projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling, including determining how to get a project built as efficiently as possible


• Coordinating with other team members including engineers and architects


• Overseeing logistics and transportation of materials


• Creation of documents including sketches and drafts


• Estimating the cost of the materials, equipment and labour of the project

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of planning experience


• Experience within the construction industry


• Experience with modular builds is essential


• A degree within a relevant subject is advantageous


• Good I.T skills


• Great Communication skills
