Planner 

Full Time – Permanent

Location: Coalville

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours Per Week / HYBRID 

Basic Salary: £25,000.00 to £32,000.00 Per Annum Plus Bonus,

Planner role:


  • Planning work for Installations across the UK via internal software and system as a Planner
  • Present documentation and paperwork undertake relevant work onsite.
  • Organise and plan diary ensuring effective diary and time management.
  • Undertake Finance and Invoicing duties for all scheduled and complete work.
  • Liaise with Clients over the telephone providing a world class customer service.
  • Follow up scheduled work ensuring relevant charges are applied as a Planner
  • Handle inbound telephone calls and emails appropriately.
  • Maintain internal database as a Planner
  • Liaise with internal and external stake holders in scheduling and planning jobs.
  • Work effectively under pressure within a fast-paced environment  
  • Maintain and book in regular service Intervals for tools and equipment.
  • Update and manage in house processes and procedures as a Planner

Planner Candidate:


  • A minimum of 2 Years plus experience as a Planner Schedular or Scheduler or Planning Administrator is ESSENTIAL for this role.
  • Background in Construction would be advantageous.  
  • Highly competent of using all Microsoft office packages such as Microsoft Excel  
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm within a highly pressured environment.
  • Initiative-taking and ability to work on your own initiative as a Planner Schedular
