Planner

Are you an experienced Planner looking for a fresh opportunity with a globally leading Tier 1 main contractor on high profile projects?

My client who are a forward thinking and global leading tier 1 main contractor, are looking for an ambitious and experienced Planner to join their dynamic team based in Sheffield. You will be working on a high profile �160m MoD project which will be over 14,000 square meters and will create the UK's largest facility.

You will be joining a dynamic close knit team reporting directly to the Regional Planner. You will also be part of my clients exciting strategic growth plan and will be provided with industry leading training and a clear path to reach your career goals.

Responsibilities For A Planner:

• Monitoring and recording sub-contractors progress on site.

• Reviewing sub-contractors contract programmes for acceptance and incorporation within the current programmes.

• Assisting with claims programmes from changes.
• Producing look ahead programmes / plans with the production team.

Experience Required For A Planner:

• Proficient at using Primavera P6.
• Experience with Civils projects or come from a Civils background.
• Familiar with NEC reporting / programmes.
• The successful candidate must driven, ambitious and keen to develop.
• Relevant construction qualification or degree.
• Track record of project delivery.
• Excellent planning and time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
