Job Description
An Award-Winning firm of Chartered Wealth Planners are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis.
You will be providing exceptional quality PA and general administrative support to the Private Client Director of a busy team and daily duties will include;
Organise and diarise meetings on behalf of the Private Client Director
The successful candidate will have 3+ years’ experience within the financial services industry, in a relevant administration role and have technical knowledge covering pensions and investments. You will be contracted to 20-hours per week (10 - 2 Monday to Friday) however, it may be necessary to occasionally work outside of these hours in order to meet the demands of client meetings and deadlines.
