Planning Lawyer

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority based in the East Midlands who are seeking to hire a planning lawyer on a rolling contract for 6 months.

Office presence would be required monthly to attend a planning committee.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have at least 3 years PQE,

- Have previous experience with complex s106s, committees, general advice, and enforcement,

- Be able to attend evening planning committees in person monthly,

- Be experienced working in the public sector.
