Planning Manager Commercial Property / Land

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Planning Manager to join a great business in West Sussex. The Planning Manager will work with the Estates and Planning team have proven experience of planning - estates - commercial property / rural / land development planning.
Salary: up to £65K plus car allowance or company car
Location: Hybrid working, West Sussex
Planning Manager duties:
Manage planning projects
Preparation and submission of planning appraisals, statements and planning applications
Provide strategic planning advice for new development plans or redevelopment projects
Liaison with councils / planning consultants
Support with re-application process and meetings
Attend planning - site review meetings when required to different locations
Skills and experience:
Proven experience of working in a similar Planning role, preparing and successfully securing planning consents
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI)
