A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planning Manager to join a UK known manufacturer in the Droitwich Area!

With no day ever being the same the Planning Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage WIP and inventory to meet budgeted working capital targets.
  • Responsible for creating and releasing work orders
  • Accountability for achieving OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery for production.
  • Manage and monitor production schedules
  • Provide daily updates on reports and planning tools
  • Line manager of 1 individual
  • Driving on-time delivery through rigorous planning and ERP compliance

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience using MRP systems
  • Good understanding of Capacity Planning
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in a heavy environment - Aerospace / Foundry / Waste
  • Supervisory / Management experience is desirable
