Planning Policy Team Leader

Contract Length: 3-6 months

Rate: �55-�60/hour.

Minimum office presence of 2 days a week required.

If you are a qualified Planner with:

• Up-to-date knowledge of planning law


• Extensive experience of working in a Planning Policy Team


• Experience of leading a Policy team


• Significant LPA experience of preparing a Local Plan up to and including an Examination


• Experience of giving evidence at a Local Plan examination


• CIL experience


• Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI)
