Planning Solicitor - Locum

Planning Solicitor / Lawyer required by a Public Sector site in Devon.

The role will start in July and be ongoing until December. (Scope for extension)

Varied caseload including planning and enforcement advice, planning committee attendance and governance support, preparing planning agreements and advising on various aspects of highway and planning law.

The role can be done on a fully remote basis with very ad-hoc office visits. (Once per month)
