Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a district council based in the East Midlands who are seeking to hire an interim planning lawyer on a 6 month rolling contract.
The role is due to commence at the end of March.
Candidates would be expected to attend both monthly planning committees in person, apart from that the role is fully remote.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have extension experience working within local government legal teams,
- Have previous experience with complex s106s, committee reports, appeals, and enforcement,
- Be able to attend two evening committees each month,
- Have two references from previous employees.
