Position: Plant and Vehicle Marshaller

Location: Burton Green, CV8

Project: HS2

Hours: 7:30am - 5:30pm

Pay Rate: £18PH

Foundation Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant and Vehicle Marshaller to join the HS2 team in Burton Green, CV8. This role is essential for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of plant and vehicles around the site, helping to maintain smooth operations in a busy construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marshalling various plant and vehicles to designated access points and safely directing them across roads within the site.
• Coordinating with site teams to prevent traffic congestion and ensure safe operations.
• Providing clear, accurate signals and communication to operators and drivers.
• Performing general safety checks and monitoring compliance with site safety standards.
• Assisting with general site duties as required to support site operations.

Requirements:

• Blue CPCS or NPORS with CSCS Logo
• BBV induction 
• Previous experience as a Plant and Vehicle Marshaller or similar role.
• Strong understanding of site safety practices, particularly around heavy machinery.
