**Responsibilities**

• 
  

  Lead the site team in delivering a safety-first culture 

  
  


• 
  

  Drive safety compliance through the effective implementation of the facility Health & Safety Plan, Environmental Management Plan, and Quality Manual in line with associated accreditations

  
  


• 
  

  Focus on ensuring safety, predictability, reliability, and availability at the forefront of all decisions

  
  


• 
  

  Take ownership of the site's Profit & Loss, prepare an annual budget, and manage expenditures

  
  

**Requirements**

• 
  

  Extensive people management experience within a large technical department/region at the senior level is essential

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge and experience from a power, O&G, Biomass or energy/waste background is essential 

  
  


• 
  

  Power generation experience
