Plant Operations Director

We are looking for our Plant Operations Director who will oversee the overall manufacturing process, supervising and directing the technical personnel responsible for every stage of production to ensure manufacture of high quality and cost effective product:Role ResponsibilitiesDeveloping, improving and implementing operations and production plans to meet company goalsManaging the day-to-day operations of every department, establishing company policies, implementing necessary changes and adhering to compliance procedures, laws and regulationsEvaluating overall company performanceProviding all necessary reports, assisting management in goal setting and promoting company growth and anticipating and forecasting trends and patterns of the company and marketplaceManaging finances, developing, monitoring and analysing the departmental and company budgets and financial reportsCreating financial plans for increasing revenue marginsAllocating the company’s resources, materials and equipment to the most productive functions, supply chain and delivery managementCreating operation strategies to minimise stock losses, implementing initiatives to reduce company costs and increasing employee productivityWhat We Are Looking ForA solid 10/15 years experience in an international Manufacturing environmentFlexibility and LeadershipTPM philosophy Lean Manufacturing
