Site Based in Exeter with some travel to sites across Devon.

The South West based commercial recycling company are at the forefront of their industry, and due to continued success and growth, they are looking for a new leader.
Within this autonomous role, you will be the right hand man to the Operations Manager, supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of their sites across Devon; including operating and maintaining plant machinery.

The Role:

• Supervise and manage day to day operations of composting site
• Operate and maintain plant machinery whilst planning maintenance across multiple sites
• Carry out site inspections to ensure health, safety and compliance are adhered to
• Monday to Friday, 42.5 hour week
• Premium overtime and profit share bonus

The Person:

• Experience of plant operation and maintenance
• Supervisory / Team Leader experience desirable
• Lives commutable to Exeter
