Plant Supervisor - Recycling Operations

WasteRecruit are pleased to be working with a� WEEE recycling specialist to recruit plant supervisors for their sites in Berkshire.� The client is a leader in the recycling of electronic waste, seeking sustainable solutions across multiple sites.

The plant supervisor will ensure an efficient process runs across the site, managing staff to maintain the excellent high standards that the client demands.

Core tasks:

- ensure lines run in a safe yet productive manner

- inspect machinery regularly and liaise with the yard manager and maintenance teams to resolve issues safely and correctly

- work collaboratively, providing feedback and suggestions for future development and improvements in productivity

The role works a Monday - Friday (Apply online only) with the possibility of overtime.

We are looking for:

- an excellent communicator at all levels

- an organised individual used to juggling mulitple tasks

- someone who is physically fit and used to working in a yard environment

- a qualified FLT operator
