PLASTERER WITH SOCIAL HOUSING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A CONTRACT POSITION IN SKELMERSDALE

Job Title: Plasterer

Location: Skelmersdale, West Lancashire

Hourly Rate: £19.29 Per hour

Contract length: Initially 3 months / Ongoing work.

Overview of Plasterer Role:

1x WIP is Works In Progress – this is a new team to handle all the jobs that have ran over SLA for the contract.

Responsibilities for Plasterer role:

Scope of works across multiple trades on reactive maintenance in social housing tennented properties.

Requirements for Plasterer:

 NVQ in Plastering, DBS, Asbestos Awareness UKATA or IATP, City & Guilds in Plasterwork
