As a Plastic Injection Mold Setter, you will play a crucial role in launching their 16th manufacturing site based in Corby, bringing your expertise to ensure efficiency, quality, and sustainability in production.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment are set to optimal parameters, meeting quality standards and production goals.
• Perform mold set-ups, start-ups, and use various testing methods to check product quality.
• Troubleshoot processing issues, carry out preventative maintenance, and document process changes.
• Contribute to environmental sustainability by minimizing material scrap.
• Collaborate with Tool and Die Makers to enhance mold design for improved cycle time and quality.
• Work within a rotational shift system, actively participating in the setup of a new production plant.

What You Will Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in plastic injection mold processing, from mold setting to successful processing.
• Hands-on experience with high volume injection molding and familiarity with molding machines and tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a solution-oriented approach.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental sustainability standards.
