Competitive PAYE Pay Rates:

• \nDay Shift: £17.37 per hour (Equivalent to £36,130 annual salary)
\n
• \nOvertime: Up to £34.74 per hour with high overtime availability
\n

4-Day Shift Pattern:

\n
• Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am – 4:45 pm
\n
• Pay rate £17.37ph
\n
• £33439 Basic
\n

4-Night Shift Pattern:

\n
• Monday to Thursday, 7:00 pm - 4.45 am
\n
• Pay rate £23.15ph
\n
• £44540 Basic
\n

High volume of overtime available on both shifts
Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Fabricating structural steel items in various grades and thicknesses
\n
• Performing MIG/MAG welding, including downhand, fillet, and butt welds
\n
• Working from detailed engineering drawings for precision and quality
\n
• Experience with flux core welding is a plus, but training will be provided
\n

Requirements:

\n
• \nExperience: Time-served or apprentice-trained Plater/Welder in structural or heavy steel environments
\n
• \nSkills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and fabricate to high standards\n
\n
• \nAttributes: Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
\n
