Rose Recruit LTD�are currently looking for plater/welders for�a very well established and successful fabrication company specialising in heavy fabrications, established for over 45 years and accredited to ISO9001, BS EN 1090-2 Exc 3 and BS EN3834-2.

Due to continued growth at the comapny�they�are currently looking for experienced fabricators/welders to join our team on a permanent basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• MIG welding, fabrication and development on bespoke steel fabrications in a heavy engineering environment.


• Using varying workshop tools, plant and machinery.


• Working from engineering drawings & specifications.


• Expert level of building parts/assemblies to engineering drawings.


• Welding to a high quality.


• Measuring and marking out plate and sections for cutting, shaping and drilling.


• Adherence to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed:

Confident plater or fabricator

Ideally apprentice trained or relevant qualifications

Confident MIG Welder

Experience operating fabrication machinery

Must have worked within a heavy steel industry

Confident working from engineering drawings from scratch.

Working Hours

Day Shift Monday to Thursday 7.00am to 4.00pm Friday 7.00am to 12.00pm
