You'll work alongside engineers, developers, and operations teams to ensure the smooth operation, performance, and security of our infrastructure.Job Title: Platform EngineerLocation: London (Hybrid)Salary: £68,000 - £70,000Industry: Saas Start: ASAPResponsibilities:Design, develop, and implement automated solutions to improve platform efficiency and reliability.Manage and maintain core infrastructure components like (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS)].Proactively monitor platform health and performance, identify and troubleshoot issues.Implement security best practices to ensure platform and data security.Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop and implement new features and functionalities.Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and industry best practices.Requirements:Proven experience as a Platform Engineer or similar role (3+ years).Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
