Plc Engineer

About this position
We are currently working with an industry leader in power generation systems, their Control System specialists offer generator control upgrades with full system integration, fuel and pump controls and loading and load shedding control systems.
With their own fully equipped workshop, it enables them to build a range of bespoke panels from low voltage PLC controls systems to Motor Control Centres.

Job Responsibilities:

• Commissioning of control systems.


• Deploying PLC applications for control system projects.


• Troubleshooting and programming of PLC/SCADA systems (Rockwell & Ignition).


• Project management of control system commissioning within data centres/power Generation systems.


• Hybrid working position with 75% travel to (London surrounding areas).

Experience Required:

• Controls Engineer (PLC/SCADA).


• Experienced in generator automation commissioning/development (Rockwell automation, Ignition SCADA systems).


• Electrical/ Electronic/ Automation (HNC/Degree level).
